1. I can't wait to use my Melanin & Curls Products! When will they arrive? We are so glad to hear that and we can not wait for you to start using our products! Your package will arrive within 7 to 10 business days of your original order date

2. Is shipping included in my order? That is a great question! Shipping is not included in your order. All orders ship anywhere in the United States for $8 

3. Do you ship outside the US? As much as we hope to one day expand Melanin & Curls. We currently do not ship outside of the United States. 

4. Do you provide tracking for packages? Yes, tracking information is included for all online orders. 

5. I Placed my order now what? We are glad to hear you have placed your order. After placing your order. You will receive two emails. The first will be your order confirmation. The second email will be tracking once your order has shipped

6. What do I do if I never receive my package? If after 12 business days you don’t receive your order. Please contact USPS at 800- 877-8389 for your status, and send us an email hello@melaninandcurls.com with your name and tracking information so that we can work on your behalf. 

7. What if my package comes damaged? We hope that your products come intact as we send them out with love, and extra cushion for the ride. However, if your package does come damaged. Please email hello@melaninandcurls.com and reach out to us with pictures of your products so that we can go directly to the carrier to get this resolved in a prompt matter.

8. Will I be charged sales tax? Yes sales tax will be included in your order total

9. Can I exchange my order? We absolutely want you to be satisfied with what you purchase from Melanin & Curls. So we do allow 10 days from the date of purchase to exchange your order. The product can not have been tampered with to get an exchange. 

10. Do Melanin and Curls accept returns? Yes, please keep in mind to get a full refund the product has to be unopened and in original packaging.
